We need subtitles here. I think he is saying "Happy Father's Day! I love my Daddy, Papa, Grandpa Spike, Great Papa and Great Pop. And mom, please get this camera out of my face, give me a bottle and put me to sleep!!"

Jax LOVES the pool!! We just started dunking him a few weeks ago, he seems to be very comfortable in the water. Hopefully he gets mommy's swimming skills and not daddy's.
